Back to handwritten text, and trying out gradient fill for the background. Speech bubbles look dodge in the third panel, sorry, but cant be bothered fixing it at present. I also don't like the first panel at all. Panel two is how Jolene SHOULD look.

I'd be interested in doing a joint project at some point Kyo, but separate to this. Its my little private creative outlet. I will give comp redraws a try, but they take me ages.

My moneys on it being Matt personally but then knowing Charlie it's just as likely to be many things, and all of them good and funny. By they way I think your hand shading or backgrounds work better just the same way as your hand written text does. Because of the somewhat ruff hand drawn nature of the comic whenever you add anything that's computer perfect it just seems out of place.
