History is written by the winners. Today, cake wins. Whew, got this one up just on time. One of my more artistically challenging strips to date, not to mention the fact that actual research went into it. I have at least two more similar, take-a-historical-event-or-quote-and-change-the-outcome type pieces, which may be my next two updates, or I may put some traditional Eccentricity in between. Who can say?

I have challenged myself to do 10 weekly updates in a row, without any being late or fillers. This is the fourth of those.

I am in the middle of exams at the moments, and by all accounts should not have taken the time out to do this. I do it because I love you. That goes out to old my old fans, as well as the 4 or so crazy new cats to +fav me in the last week. You all rule.

Crowds are hard to draw. Also, Marie has great big puffy sleeves, not great big flabby arms, despite what it may look like.

Cake saves the day again.

Yes! I've had to listen to that quote for years, and finally, someone gets around to rewriting history and giving the peasants cake.

I want some cake.

Guh... wh... zuh! You! I never thought I would hear from you again! Thrilled to see you around, and glad you like the changes to the strip.

Also, sorry everyone that I didn't respond to your comments and then leapt to metaphorically embrace lifedrawnpoorly. We go way back, and she has been gone for some time. I appreciate all comments, from everyone, greatly =D

Also, no-one noticed the typo? What kind of Syntax Unicorn followers are you?
